Rescuing and rehabilitating sloths

News

Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, we’ve been able to fund the construction of four new enclosures at AIUNAU sanctuary to rehabilitate and release sloths confiscated from the wildlife trade and others that were kept as pets.

Watch the video of the sloths at AIUNAU being rehabilitated.

It's hoped all the rescued sloths will be able to be rehabilitated and released back into the wild where they belong.

Everyone can play a part in helping keep sloths in the wild where they belong. Add your name to animal friendly traveller pledge and start making a difference for animals.

Our wildlife work

Around the world, wild animals are being exploited. They’re hunted down, trapped and farmed in captivity, all to be sold and abused for entertainment, medicine, fashion, pets and products.

Our work

We're working in Australia and around the world to end the needless suffering of animals by inspiring people to change animals’ lives for the better.
