Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas
½ cup soy or plant milk of your choice
3 tbs oil
¾ cup brown sugar
2 cups flour
1tbs cinnamon
3 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
Method:
- Add the sliced bananas, plant-based milk, and oil to a bowl
- Use a hand blender to combine until smooth
- Add the brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt
- Use a whisk to combine until smooth
- Add dark chocolate chunks and stir through evenly
- Pour mixture into a lined baking tray or muffin forms
- Bake at 180°C for 60 minutes
- Remove from oven and drizzle dark melted chocolate on top
- Sprinkle chopped peanuts (optional)
- Slice. Serve. Enjoy!
